   I’m not so convinced this is a serial bomber. The 4th bomb on Sunday was caused by a trip wire, the rest were packages. Either the serial bomber picked a new method because everyone was tipped off about the packages, or they are unrelated.
   
   Personally, I think they are going to create a circle around the city with 2 every week. I’m just hoping there’s not a grand finale involving bigger explosives in the center of Austin.
   
   People are saying they are targeting prominent black families, but again I’m not totally convinced of that yet either.
