Guitar players - resistance bands?

2018-03-13 at 11:52 PM UTCSo I stopped by my local small guitar shop this past weekend, and I asked them if they still carried the resistance bands I bought from them ~7 years ago. If you don't know what a resistance band is, it's essentially a strip of rubber that loops around your fingers - just above the knuckle - to make it harder for you to maneuver on the fretboard. It's nothing revolutionary, but it did help me cultivate better finger dexterity when I would practice scales.
I recommend picking some up if you're trying to become faster and more refined in your playing. They probably wouldn't be too difficult to make, if you're DIY inclined. Sadly, the company which produced mine is going out of business, so you may want to jump on it fast if you intend to buy them.
