Need Advice: Accepting Payments off the grid
-
2018-03-02 at 3:41 AM UTCI need a solution to accept payments from people and send payments back to others without it hitting a bank account. We've exhausted the traditional paypal, venmo, etc. routes.
Can anyone think of a way to accept credit card or debit card payments from person X and send money to person Y without using bank accounts? I've been trying to think very outside of box much as transferring currencies used in computer games and video games lol
Any ideas? -
2018-03-02 at 3:44 AM UTCIf only there were a relatively anonymous non-centralized currency that people could use to instantly send money from one end of the world to another.

2018-03-02 at 3:48 AM UTCForgot to mention: Many of the people looking to send money aren't very technologically advanced and aren't willing to set up a coinbase account/ deal with cryptocurrencies

2018-03-02 at 4:30 AM UTCIs this for a scam or for a trade? Like if you have a website why not make a fake form to get CC numbers.

2018-03-02 at 5:20 AM UTCOnly thing I can think of is those "visa gift cards"
They work just like credit cards but don't require an account
I don't know if they can actually accept payments though
I haven't used them in a long time but when I was using them, they required registering with a name and zip code for most functions but you could always just make one up -

Then tell them to kill themselves. This is how payments off the grid are done unless you are dealing in cash. Did you think Paypal or Venmo was off the grid? -

This. There's a big difference if you need non-reversibility. If you do (like in a scam situation) you're pretty fucked. International wire to an account established in a country with different banking regulations might work but that's slow, you'll hit caps fast, and you actually need to establish the account somehow. Then exfiltrate, although you could mule it into bitcoin fairly easily. -

Yes make a new false identity with someone else's information. Like don't want to go into bank risking they'll figure out your not the person you claim. Well that's easy just go buy a prepaid card and get the money bank cards through the mail at a drop location in alias name. Your making something into more work then it needs to be and the risks of getting caught are the same as any great method because the persons name you use will not find out about the account considering there cards you can only deposit cash on, which don't leave a fucking paper trail and show up on persons credit report raising alarms. Only way to get caught using this method is by your own ignorance of letting people get knowledge of what your doing. -

2018-03-15 at 9:41 PM UTCSend money online using a service like MoneyGram.com or WesternUnion.com. Choose a location in the recipient's town and use a credit card to process the transaction. Send an anonymous email to the recipient with the money retrieval password and instructions for where he can retrieve the cash.

2018-03-15 at 9:42 PM UTCCan you make an anonymous Paypal payment?
Receiving Payment: Once your account is approved, you are good to use it. You can create payment links and send it to your customers for payment. ... Although you can also anonymously withdraw from your current paypal account, but for that you need to add a VISA card which is non-prepaid. -
2018-03-15 at 9:44 PM UTCHow do I hide my real name on Paypal?
Here's how to change your name that will appear on your buyers statements:
Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
Click 'My selling preferences'.
Click 'Update' beside 'Card statement name' in the 'Selling my items' section. -

He said without it hitting a bank account. And a fake ID is totally doable. Especially if you use something like a fake passport, which can't be proven as a fake via scan.
Walmart to Walmart is moneygram, but doing it through Walmart means no fees. If you do it through Moneygram you still pay fees. -

Buddy their is no such truth behind any of what they're telling people. The Feds/DEA/Secret Service have been all over Online currencies and also most banks will not acknowledge them as currency unless your paying out taxes on the money floating out there. That means we got the IRS involved now too who wants a paper trail of how certain funds have been received.
I thought the goal here was to stay off the Grid and transfer funds? -

The US govt doesn’t regulate it at the moment. You have to admit you have it before you can pay taxes on it.
It’s like at the airport when they ask you “anything to declare”. Me: “lol no” -
