THe main one I listen to is Dee-1/Freemindaz/Freemindaz family/плохие новости, all the same guys really. Underground, hate speech, not allowed for sale, never offered for sale; freemindaz.com They have a closed group on VK also.
THen theres Braslet, he did only a few albums a while ago, now he mostly does retarded youtube videos with philosophical discussion. He can be found on hip-hop.ru and he did some very good horrorcore. Also underground.
Миша Маваши, probably the only so called mainsteam Russian music that I will listen to frequently. Keeps similar topics to Freemindaz; healthy way of life, hatred for degeneracy, patriotism/nationalism type.
СЯВА, also mainstream, mostly shit in my opinion, but has some gems:
Кровосток, mainstream, some gems, mostly drug degeneracy like most mainstream though.

Sadyle, Russian hardcore group from Israel, mostly inactive today. Notable for hating jedis while living in Israel. Not sold anywhere for obvious reasons.
That about sums it up really. I mostly listen to Freemindaz because their message is purposely kept under wraps by the jedis, and because they've been releasing music for the movement for about 2 decades now, lots of material.

lol @ moscow. I was born in a village of like 4 thousand people in the far east. I'm studying in the u.s. right now, and my full time job is seasonal, so winter time is very spotty in terms of a real job.
