Something I've noticed with you people, leftists, is that you behave as if a group of of your comrades are going to appear out of thin air and lynch you if you say the wrong thing, even if you're in private with a person who would be completely accepting of those views. There are so many cognitive biases at play, so many sociological aspects, and little of it really has to do with reason, or at least only a smaller fraction, but only in the sense that you begin with a conviction and work backwards to confirm it.

I wouldn't, but mostly because I don't hate niggers and muslims. If I wanted to go on a rant about niggers and mud slimes I'd get shitfaced and do it, but contrary to popular conservative fantasy we are not all "naturally racist", some of us really don't feel the need to claim some kind of mastubatory racial superiority. -

I also find asians to be inscrutable and probably inordinately cruel to animals, but I don't know enough of them to find out firsthand.

The kind of people who would use terms like "innovating" or say shit like "software is eating the world". A common companion to this is a complete unawareness of history, even the vanishingly short history of the field they specialize in. I mean I'm not much better of course, this is largely my cohort I'm talking about, but at least I don't try to phony up some moral significance to give to the way I make a buck.
There's kind of a secondary group of people who ride the trends of the primary. Like people who go to those developer bootcamp things and come out with a really shaky grasp on web design (not even real dev) and think they're part of something amazing. The self derogatory bullshit and love of every non-technical aspect of what's supposed to be a technical field (people who talk about fucking "tech culture". Tech culture is niggers making technology, that's it, there is nothing to comment on. It's not what code moneys wear, not what they blog about, sure as fuck not mailing list drama) is infuriating. I mean it's a sad kind of mad, they're just dumbshits that got fooled into hopping on the latest bubble bandwagon, impressionable and making the same mistake as the primary group, conflating technical skill with worth, only they're victimized by it instead of turned into raging pricks.
But then it's the behaviour I hate. Sure I hate many people who do it, but smart people, who I will grudgingly admit to respecting, do this too. -
