Today was walking to get my bus in Dublin and noticed a cash machine looking odd. Went over and there was €50 in it. Swag.
But why don't people look around them? Am I the only person with any curiosity?

I began accepting that I was looking for something that just wasn't there.

I look around constantly. I just don't see anything worth noticing.

I think it far more likely that you were just in the right place at the right time, but I haven't left America before so my assessment is very limited in its usefulness.

if you look around too much, people will start looking at you.
