These save-a-ho-daughter dads nowadays are way too fucking conditioned to care about their daughters' feelings instead of recognizing and acknowledging the facts:
1- your daughters are always lying and their feelings aren't sincere 2- if something bad truly happens to them, it's their fault that it happened, every time And 3-the only way to know for certain your daughters are being truthful is when they're unhumorously self deprecating or tell you they're hungry

When the girls were recounting what happened (which is what made the father so angry as it was his first time hearing the details), Nassar was shaking his head implying they were lying.
I agree that a case like this is likely to attract false-accusers looking for fame and fortune, but I'm not about to take his word for it given it's already been proven he's been an Olympic gold-medal winner for the Cycle of Abuse for the last 20 years or so.
I have no idea what that guy hoped to achieve - the only way he had a chance of delivering a lifetime achievement award to Nassar's throat without being intercepted was if he gave them no warning
