How can I get on TOR without having TOR?

   Couldn't you install the browser bundle to a flash drive at home and run it from there? Alternatively you could make a live boot flash drive with TAILS if they allow you to change the boot order from within the BIOS.

   If you have physical access to a Windows computer, you theoretically have full control of it just by accessing BIOS.
   
   Worst case scenario, there's a BIOS password, in which case you just insert a boot disk.

    I dunno. I've been actually messing around with my sandbox Android app at one of my local library's and I see a lot of open ports and can ping other nodes including a Cisco server that has a bunch of open ports. This is one of the locations where Arp-spoofing doesn't seem to work though.
