Absolutely
In fact I am convinced that my (casual) drug use over the past 9 years has lowered my IQ by a couple of points

Depends. If that means no spiro/estrogen, then honestly probs not. If that just means no recreational drugs, then sure.
Also can I be given drugs by doctors for pain? Like if I get shot am I allowed to have some gott dang morphine?

I only did the classics like pot, LSD, mushrooms and the like.
But it never stuck.

Of course. I lived a vast majority of my life without even drinking a drop of alcohol. I literally started drinking less than 3 months ago. I also only started doing weed about a year and a quarter ago. The only reason I used them now is for entertainment. I take care not to become dependent on drugs for my happiness or well being. It's never a crutch.
If you took them away, I'd find life to be significantly less entertaining (try watching your favourite movies again, but high: it's like a whole new set of dimensions open up to you) but I'd get along quite well.

Nah man, I not that attach to life to begin with and don’t enjoy it very much. I genuinely dislike the feeling of existence. I’m too disordered to be able to hear life without medication. At the very least I need a combination of Vyvanse and Klonopin. Oh, and pot.
