Before your panties get twisted and you start attacking the messenger instead of the message you should know that I'm am neither Republican or Democrat I make my choice based on the constitution and the individual freedoms it protects. That being said perhaps those of you who are in love with the democrats should listen to this with an open mind.

Only watched the first half but at any point does this nigger explain that Republicans and Democrats essentially swapped platforms by 1936?

So talking about what Republicans did in the 1800’s has almost nothing to do with what being a Republican means today

No they did not. In fact it was Republicans who passed both civil rights acts in the 60's. Almost every Democrat voted against both. Your statement is demonstrated to be false.

Republicans used to be all about social justice, encouraging immigration to the US, expanding government power, increasing regulation, etc. Does that sound anything like a Republican today?

Most Republicans I know today are racist assholes and call anyone with an opposing viewpoint a socialist. Have you ever lived in the Southern US?

You are unbelievably dense. If you had been paying any sort of attention whatsoever you would have noticed that a defining feature of political organizations is that they adapt to changing social circumstances. The conservative philosophy may be preserved in kernels of doctrine, but they are forever perverted by the bizarre circus of religious freaks we see today.

Most of the ones around here aren't really racist, they just take everything on Fox news as absolute gospel. Try explaining to any of these dipshits that Kim Jong and Putin aren't the bad guys and you'll see what I'm talking about

The Democrats of the South became Republican for economic, not social, reasons. The 'racist' party, if we're really going to call names and point fingers, was and is the Democratic party. Do you really think they went from founding the KKK to kissing nigger ass in just a few short years? No, they found a better means of control. Look at how all of their policies are playing out. We have coloreds enslaved by welfare, breeding out of control, and turning every urban center into a literal shithole.

The republican party has never beet about increased federal influence. Smaller federal influence has been the conservative mantra for 5 decades.

Know that your know your claim is anecdotal evidence. The truth is liberals and blacks are far more concerned with race than the average white guy.

I’m talking about over a hundred years ago. Up until the 1930’s. You said that Republicans did not effectively switch platforms around that time, which is incorrect. They did.

No they didn't. I cited evidence which demonstrates this. You are simply making a statement with nothing to back it up.

I am making a correct statement and can’t be bothered citing sources because this isn’t a fucking research paper I’m just having a conversation. Even if I did cite sources you would just do some mental gymnastics to keep believing your incorrect preconceived biases anyway
