Two questions:
1. I asked about your most treasured possession, but your answer indicates that you possess people. Are you being intentionally flimsy with your definition of 'possession' to encompass the totality of things in your life which you value, or are you a low-empathy individual who sees other people as extensions of themselves?
2. How do you cope with knowing that whether you will be able to appreciate your relationships with them is not in your control? -
2018-01-14 at 9:55 PM UTCMy delusions.

1. intentionally flimsy yeah, I've not really got any item that's particularly valuable to me to be honest so I figured a broader definition would be better
2. not the greatest but the way I see it is as a 20 year old if I reach the point that I'm old and forgetting them(assuming no other early onset factors) but still know them I've probably had a great life so it's not all bad -

Trinkets of that sort are often the ones we hold onto most dearly. Would you be willing to share more about the origin of your sentiment? Is it inherited, or have you assigned your own personal value onto it? -
2018-01-14 at 11:39 PM UTCProbably my post office box and I suppose it's own security is within itself.

2018-01-15 at 12:02 AM UTCMost treasured possession? Probably my house. It’s at least the most expensive, and I do enjoy it. To protect it, homeowner’s insurance. I do have a security system, but it’s not activated, so I have it set to chime when doors are opened and closed.
I try not to attach a lot of sentimental value to possessions or things (that’s how you become a hoarder), so that’s what I’ll go with. -
2018-01-15 at 12:13 AM UTCHard to pick one exactly, however in my room I have a "chest" full of precious things for me ranging from rare toys to gunpowder.

2018-01-15 at 12:41 AM UTCNothing because it's all temporary, so imo it's better to live like you could lose it all at any time.
