When those are both at comfortable levels simply just walk a little more each day etc. The reason why(IMHO) why most people never improve on anything is they don't have a good plan of attack. They try to take on everything at once like they're magically some superman because they found some willpower or motivation all of the sudden.

I understand, but the thing is people will do what they want to do. I think he probably won't have kids because of his attitude towards life, but if he was to I'd hope would think differently and then do it in a few years. He's definitely not a normie and outside of the mainstream but I don't think that has to be the end all of as far as having kids goes.
He would be a weird dad though, but then so are a lot of dads. My gf and I have talked about having kids and while I want another kid eventually i just think that I need to hang out with her longer before making such a decision, despite her parents liking me and having a lot of money. I just want to play it by ear. -
