I come up with a way to solve the bay area "hosing crisis".
What a guy has to do is get a pick axe, a shovel, and a garden hose. You cut the pick and shovel handles in half, use the pick axe maddox blade edge to lift up a storm drain cover, toss your tools down in. Attach the garden hose to the nearest home and turn it on ( you might need one of those square tamper keys ) and toss the hose down the storm drain too. Now u hop in.
With the water running past you, chip a hole in the side of the concrete drain pipe until you have a man-sized opening into the earth. Now you switch to the shovel and start digging. Throw your spoils in front of the hose which will wash the dirt into the ocean where you don't have to worry about it any more.
In a day or two you can have a really nice sized cave to chill in. Make sure you roll the hose up at around 2 oclock or so before they get home because people out here are fucking freaks about saving every drop of precious water. Once you get the cave the size you want you need a trowel and some mortar from the home improvement shop. You mix it up and mortar all the dirt so it wont kill in and crush you.

No shit though I come up with a idea kind of like this but way more polished and better. If anyone wants to sign up as a laborer we gonna make about 250k per year but its a lot of hard work.
edit thats 250k USD each. If you are from out of town I can structure a lot of your pay into perdiem which is untaxed

^bud thats a good idea. you're actually a pretty smart gont
but considering what part of the country you're in at the moment theres a lot of beta orbiters that wouldn't want to take the time or effort to do that and would rather just pay you rent to live with you.
I guess you could make those caves and become a literal "landlord" of sorts.
