I have a weird image stuck in my mind

to be honest man, before i even clicked on your fred, just reading the title I knew what "kind" of image you were going to describe. I get those too. Just as long as they don't bother you then its all good, occasionally they bug me. I think its a form of ocd.
I get other thoughts that don't contain images, but just really bad thoughts that make me feel anxious. -

nah, what he's describing is pretty common i think, i've even talked about it with other people. I had a gf years ago that told me she would have thoughts of imagining cutting the tips of her cats ears off with scissors and she also described the same kinda grotesque images. -
