   Presumably it's not actually a dupe post? How are you submitting the post (like what do you click or what hot key do you use)? What browser/OS are you using?

   I've had this happen before but it did still end up submitting my post
   
   I think what's happening to me is I'm hitting submit, it submits my post, then maybe I click post reply while it's loading or something and then it comes up with the duplicate post screen
   
   It's only happened a couple times but every time, my post does end up getting submitted
