Why does qualia need to exist as a concept?

   Qualia = stuff that supposedly cannot be quantified and can only be described by subjective experience, for example the fact that green is the green we see, but can't really say why green is green and it doesn't look any other way. Isn't that just a failure of our communication?

   wHEN i bROWSE tHIS WEBSITE i print screen and paste it into mspaint and invert the color. I do this with all websites because its the only way things look normal to me.
   
   it really slows my browsing down and i would say its something of a bottleneck.
