With pretty much all kinds of information available to you at the palm of your hand you'd figure people would be more informed but no, the surge of social media and smartphones made your average derp really vocal about his beliefs to the entire world.

Our brains are wired to seek out patterns. Most people have mental skills other than this that they can rely on. Is any celestial body a PERFECT sphere? They all have indents and bumps I think. It's pretty hard to have a perfect sphere I think, even to make one, man-made style.
Maybe bubbles. Like the ones you blow, they form into pretty good spheres, but I don't know if they're geometrically perfect.

It's a clever tactic by the intel agencies to do damage control on the conspiracies that have been proven to actually be true (elite pedophile rings, panama leaks, US/Israel literally creating and funding ISIS ala The Clean Break etcetc)

Hmm, that kinda makes sense. First people start off with 911 conspiracies, which sound plausible, then they go so deep that you get flat earthers debating hollow earthers or whatever, while some Clinton illuminati cult shit fucks kids in some warehouse. It's pretty much always been known that hollywood is full of pedos, and a lot of people in positions of power are also pedos (like catholic priests).
However my rant was more in the lines of why hippies seem to believe in that kind of shit so easily and are a walking stereotype. Remember Ate? That's the type retard who would've certainly believed in all that stuff I mentioned.
