Use the Internet for more learning of coding programs and film making techniques (as a hobbyist for now)
More Excersize. I want to get down to 190 pounds by May of 2018 with a better BMI
Accept I'm getting older and focus on being more mentally mature rather than the youthful mind I have of still acting or thinking humorous things that are immature (unless it's business related like writing a game that would appeal to the youth)
Way healthier. I have done good so far. Less red meat but replace it with Salmon (if I can get myself not to want to hurl from eating it) or more fish in general. Mediterranean diets.. salads with walnuts and raisins, apples, small amounts of goat cheese over cow cheese with baked soy or fish on top. chick pea as a source of grain and making bread from chick peas or sunflower seed grain.
going to bed at a better hour and working mornings instead of evenings (as I have been). but sometimes I slide back to old ways and feel I might work hours at night.. not so bad in the summertime.
More getting out, buying or renting those bikes you see parked around the city and just take strolls for a hour or two at least several times a week. get back into hiking trails in the hills for a few hours at least a few times a month or even once or twice a week.
use the internet or buy software to learn another language. Spanish will most likely be first. maybe followed by French and then Manderin.
Pray more. like I used to.
Take photos more often and work on my art site totse3.com maybe place a BBS on it as well.
Try and save money. try harder.

The gym is always torture at the beginning of the year due to all these people coming in and trying to lose weight for the new year. It's sort of pathetic seeing them start, and even more pathetic seeing how long some of them last - sometimes they hang around up to 3 months before giving up.
I'm going through a weightloss phase again. My body feels great just living on bodyfat, but I get kinda hungry sometimes.
I gained a lot of weight lately, and today I realised that I think I really started at the time I did a cycle of antibiotics. I think I may have damaged my microbiome in some way. I'm going to try eating various bacteria rich substances to see if I can reset it. It worked before for me, but it's pretty disgusting to go into. In the future fecal matter transplants should be more available.

You should try kombucha, it works great for me for a lot of problems and its like a really clean energy drink.
