   I think it's called excercise. Y'know, running and stuff. His form is pretty bad, though. Maybe he his walking on the grass to protect his knees. Different terrains to confuse the muscles? Who knows...

   But why did he have a phone to his ear the entire time?. He did like 50 laps and then a car pulled up, he got in it and was gone. Also the jogging path is just to the left of the playground so him running around like that kinda sus'ed me out.
