    Tort and i used to drink 211s on tc all the time but not anymore. I did have one earlier today and then i had a schlitz which i prefer to 211.
    
    Here in austin they dont sell 40s of 211 unfortunately. I quit buying 40s though because here they are all in plastic bottles which is super lame.
    
    Ive actually cut back on drinking the last month or so.

    What is the difference?
    Steel Reserve is a high potency (8 - 9%) beer.
    It's serious stuff I forgot how just how potent it is last night I remarked to my tomodachi that I could have been cleaning my teeth while getting my buzz on.
    You know how normal beer just tastes watery but you get a buzz, but harder liquor has that acidic quality that burns your nose, Steel Reserve is like that.

    This is my new go-to for cheap whiskey drinking, it's only $9.00 for a fifth here, even grimier than Evan Williams or Ezra Brooks which were my other standbys in the under $15 range. It's not as bad as you would think, Buffalo Trace Distillery knows what they're doing.

    it's been awhile since I drank 40s with any regularity. Did do the edward 40 hands thing recently and that was immensely stupid but sorta fun. Fond memories of natty ice in the socal summer where the sun and the chemical content of the air combined to make everything smell faintly of burning plastic.
