2017-12-14 at 4:23 PM UTCSince the age of consent is different in different countries, does it work like that with sea pea too? Like it appears Nigeria's age is 11, so if a Nigerian came here and posted a bunch of 11 y/o sea pea how do the legalities of that work for the rest of us? Like if I just log on to a regular public site and see a bunch of Nigerian see pee am I to blame? Is this a loophole of sorts? I'm guessing not, but I mean, there's got to be some formal rule, especially if I'm not seeking it or requesting it and it just appears in my face.

2017-12-14 at 4:31 PM UTCFucking child molesters.
-
2017-12-14 at 4:43 PM UTCI have never molested a child nor have I wanted to, nor have I intentionally viewed sea pea or sought it out. I'm just curious how the law works in the regard of what I mentioned how do conflicting international laws apply over public forums?

Interestado. So though consent laws are different everywhere, perhaps the universal law for sea pea age is 18? I don't really want to try and start googling these questions but they seem valid. -

First part makes sense, that's likely what it is. The Russia thing? Well that just sounds absurd. I don't think I believe that.
BUT, let's say for example that it's true. So here in the U.S. if you google 'teen hardcore' it's assumed that all the links and images and things that will come up are all going to be 18+ years old. But if you lived in Russia and you googled the same thing, (under they hypothetical they have no laws regarding it) you would just get all sorts of images of even 10 and 11 year olds and such?
Also how the fuck do police know when something is sea pea? Like the detective confiscates a lappy and they're like 'oh yes he had over 850 images and 63 videos of CP.' How do they KNOW? They just guess? How do they know it's not just pictures like the one you posted up there of legal age people that just happen to look like they're a little kid? And why aren't the detectives charged with viewing the images and movies since they look at each and every image and video themselves, the sick fucks! -

i've often wondered that myself. i mean if its obviously a 5 year old then no probs but there are plenty 18 year old chicks that look more like 12 and shit. i doubt there is much stopping the pigs just assuming a pic is underage just coz it suits their case. they do similar shit with everything else. this is why i'm often skeptical when hearing of those sorts of cases.

2017-12-14 at 6:21 PM UTCRight? And it's not like they can just show all the pictures and videos in court, right? Like, ok the defense is arguing that none of those pictures are of underage people, we're going to have to show each picture and video to the jury so they can make their own opinion.'
"Prove that they are underage." That should be the staple of the sea pea defense. -

you get the same thing if you use google. if you didnt turn the safesearch off ... youll get nothing.
not long ago google will tell you that some of your search results were blocked by chilling effects if your looking for child pornish things.
now they just block them completely. -
2017-12-14 at 6:23 PM UTCwhat happens if you google 'barely illegal teen' ?
-
2017-12-14 at 6:24 PM UTCby american standards, anything that doesnt have big, saggy tits, lardish asses and cellulite covered thighs = children.
