one of the years, I lived in an office in Berkeley for sometime and used it as sort of an art studio for 3D
eat off campus at one of the many near shattuck. watched college students walk around in PJs (mostly women) who rented it as dorms. no one even blinked at 2am using the bathrooms and walking around in slippers.
then I rented a sweet little office and crashed there for sometime in some small village'esque town in the east bay.
now I bounce between El cerrito and Berkeley.

I wanna learn how to draw and model things I would get into game development and make some anime

That would be neat (about the miniature city)
My goal for the next 15 - 20 years is to learn enough to be able to develop a full-featured adventure game on my own.
It'll feature PS2-tier graphics and a feeling as if it were released during that generation.
I also want to be able to create anime series, I'll make lots of far-right shows with lots of anti-jude messages.

Yes.. today everyone can 3D model.
Just like Georgia-Peach productions, one can purchase an off the shelf copy of Poser Pro and make a cartoon like "Archer"
they don't even use full motion into their segments. just key, and move a hand here and raise a gun or a shot of vodka there.
