Thanks shlomo don't listen to those niggers I do care I'm just very apathetic because this timeline is so shit
I won't go to a gum though I don't want to be around fleshbags while exercising but I am down with doing certain things @home
I really wish I had a bicycle that would probably be great for my health.
When I was 17 I would do 100 - 200 push ups and squats every day, I felt pretty amazing back then but once I had spine surgery I felt as though I had aged physically by 50 years so I stopped all exercise and took up drug addiction -

If your enthusiasm is real then thank you for the concern.
I really do want to turn my health around, if at all possible.
I feel so weakened and depressed that I really would take a suicide pill if it existed and would be completely peaceful and quick.
If exercise really would turn my physical and mental situation around then that would be one of the greatest things to ever happen to me.
Also if I could GAIN WEIGHT that would do so much for me and especially my self-esteem. -
2017-11-14 at 10:14 PM UTCdid the surgery help you spine? I know that sounds like a stupid question but I've heard from some people to avoid that at all cost.
I have scoliosis and anxiety and bi-polar disorder as well but probably not as bad as you. -

The lower back pain is gone and my posture isn't all crooked and weird so yeah I guess it did work out
Why would people want to avoid surgery? -
2017-11-14 at 11:53 PM UTCI guess I just don't know how bad yours was. But doctors and patients that have gone through different kinds of back surgeries have said it ent up messing them up more but I guess thats just a case to case basis.
I found out I had scoliosis when I was a kid and just never thought much about it until I was 20 and started getting really bad lower pains, ent up looking online how to help myself, stuff like walking with better posture and things like that, and when Id try to walk "properly" id actually curve and run into shit lol because body was out of line, ent up going to see several doctors over the years took pain meds and stuff and became a lot more "aware" of my body.
I realized the pain killers and dope usage in the long run weren't much of a help because if you're so comfortable you can sit in a couch slouch position or lay down to much on one side you're just hurting yourself.
But what helped me the most was working and stretching but I still occasionally get bad back aches. I need to get back into exercising again. -

2017-11-15 at 12:08 AM UTCBack pain is the absolute worst sort of pain. I used to have it when I was fat. Anytime I am sick and sore I say "well at least my back is OK".
Weight lifting is good for it, but it takes time, and you need to be careful to keep a good posture, be careful and scientific and not go too heavy or get tired (like in crossfit). -
2017-11-15 at 6:26 AM UTCWhy is there so much deep racist hate in this place?
Hikikomore Yuma you should go on Christians.com and find a beautiful black lady with nurse skills to marry and overpower your hate for that lust you deeply desire for spirituality and a fine black lady!
stop hiding it with hate trolling -
