making my own hot pepper sauce

This is an interest I've had recently/possible idea for a small business sometime down the road. I've been watching all kinds of youtube videos about how to ferment peppers and smoke them and shit and make all sorts of hot sauces with them. I bought a bunch from the store today and I am trying it. Soon I hope to have a pepper garden where I grow multiple varieties of peppers. I could easily make my own varieties of hot sauce from these that nobody else has.

Package it up in a nice bottle and have ranges of flavors and spices, then sell it online and at farmer's markets for like $10 a bottle. The pictures of the exotic peppers that they come from alone will be enough to pique people's interests, and I'd take LSD then come up with a bunch of "branding imagery" for it like steve jobs did with apple.

thats pretty rad, i've thought about that as well a couple years ago but didn't follow through with it. My mom is pretty talented with that kind of stuff but would just bottle it and give it to her friends.

not that its salsa but in the same respect as a business here in austin they have this "bavarian" yogurt produced here in austin and its in every single store but only here but it sells well you can tell.

Also since you're into kimchi/sauerkraut theres even other different kinds that sell well at certain markets.

just watch out and don't pop a pequine in ur eye, one morning in middle school i brought some pequines from my moms garden and gave them to my friends telling them they were berries because they didn't know better and were total honkies and they were spitting it up and cussing.

but anyways you should go for it, branding is whats important.
