Just because you fail at a crime does not mean no crime was committed. People get arrested for this all the time in the city near me. I have seen it happen personally. Happens a lot with phones now. Like Lanny said, Bill Krozby is lucky he got out of that situation without getting arrested. If that doesn't convince you, the title of this thread: "almost got arrested," should. If the police had seen this footage they would have for sure arrested him. They probably wouldn't care at this point, but I'm willing to bet you could get a cop to care if they saw Bill Krozby's history. Probably a link and attachment is all they'd need to pull up his CORI.
