Got dang rite. Also, members come categorized in usergroups, the usergroup is set to have certain permissions. I.E. We the 'regular' usergroup have the ability to modify our posts and make threads etc. However the administrative usergroup has a set of permissions beyond the scope of a regular user. Therefore they have the ability to close threads, modify other people's posts etc.
