at the vet, he was very sick , they are going to let me pick up his body so i can bury him. I've never been so upset. In the last 4 years I've seen him every day besides when I've been in jail. They are going to take a print of his paw and give it to me. I've never had anyone I love die.
Bubba was my best friend, even though he was wicked annoying sometimes, But I loved him, would talk to him, and play with him. He was my son.
A few things... He had FIV when I got him and had been losing weight gradually over the last couple years.. his teeth were bad, and had kidney failure which was the last thing to do him in but it all stemmed from his HIV and potential cancer.. trust me he's had some problems and I would take him to the vet and he would get better.. but something else would pop up again​. They even prescribed him bupenorphine twice.
It was apparent he was dying the last couple days. it wasn't pretty. He just had old man cat problems, but he was a great cat. He's probably a demigod now

Thanks man, yeah I know, he was special to me, I just got kind of angry a few times today over it, It was the last thing I needed to find out about after not being asleep in over a day. I just need to put on some music and quit thinking for a little bit so I can relax. It's just he's the first person close to me thats ever died.

Well as painful as it may be to accept, everyone that is close to you will die eventually. Just today I was at the 2nd funeral I've been to in the last 6 months. Death is a part of life, so live life to the fullest and make sure everyone that is still close to you knows that you care about them.

^thanks man, and yeah that was pretty cool they did. I'm going to bury him at the park across the street, It's illegal to do that at a city park but fuck it, I'm going to do it at 4 in the morning so It should be fine. I did adopt him from the city so it makes sense to me.
