   Lastest think me gook was a baked apple pie thing. It turned out kinda gross. Just a bunch of apple pie filling inside an apple. Needed more pie part.
   
   Today I'm going to cook some beef and broccoli, which I've never made before. Not sure what I'll do exactly but every recipe I'm finding says to cook the beef/broccoli individually and without the sauce, then to add them at the end in the pan for 2 or 3 min. So I guess I'll do that, but I can't help but feel the flavor will suffer so I'm going to leave the beef a little raw before the final mix. It is marinading now though.
