I haven't been doing any drugs except weed for the past few weeks, just been running and going to the gym and eating healthy. Every time I do this I end up feeling like there's too much dopamine in my brain or something. It's almost like I'm high on uppers because I become really prone to just doing enjoyable things like listening to music, and expressing my thoughts more often than what is normally considered socially appropriate (by the people who decide those types of things), which people don't like.
I also just stop giving a fuck about what other people think at all, I just do whatever I want and talk to everyone like I'm in charge.
People like me better when I do drugs.

I've been drug few for the past 8 months and yes in a way I feel much better. I feel more motivated as well and have been working out. i still do drink though.

I thought I posted this already, but sounds like a slight manic episode. I think that even people who aren't considered 'mentally ill' get this, because I have never had any sort of mental diagnosis, yet once in a while I will notice what you are describing...I get all these really good ideas and I feel all confident and shit...I never act on any of it, though, because I am a lazy fucking drug addict by nature.

It's probably because when you're doing drugs your quality of sleep/nutrition goes out the window, if it occurs at all. Your body is used to being in such a state of lack and overall shittiness just feeling "normal" is a luxury to you, it can get to a point that this luxury is overwhelming it's so rare. I know it happens to me only when I get 8+ hours of uninterrupted sleep, which only happens once a week or less.
