    I don't know if there is truth to this, but some facebook (false news prolly) said North Koreans hacked bitcoin accounts all over the world.

    any truth to this? if so.. what does it mean?

    The two statements are unrelated, its unlikely because bitcoin accounts are secured by multiple measures and in addition my bitcoin is fine.

    and several times over the course of the busts individual FBI agents have gotten in trouble for trying to steal the 'evidence'.

    Bitcoin theft usually involves hacking a person's computer on which a wallet, or credentials for a wallet are stored, similar to stealing someone's bank details and dumping the contents of their account into yours - only they cannot call the bank to reverse it.

    In terms of NK specifically, it's entirely possible, but I don't understand how they'd spend it, unless they cash out to a foreign currency and smuggle it into the country.
