my theory on the charlotte NC shooting

   A man repeatedly yells for someone – apparently Keith Scott – to "drop the gun." "He doesn't have a gun. He has a TBI (traumatic brain injury)," Rakeyia Scott says. "He's not going to do anything to you guys. He just took his medicine"

   
   
   

   As he settled into life in Charlotte, Scott often read as he waited for his son’s school bus, according to his mother. And there was one book in particular he treasured: the Quran.
   “He loved to read that book,” she said.

   
   Here is my theory, he is a BLM (black lives matter) supporter/member, and he has a brain injury and was high on weed smoking a blunt as police surrounded him with guns.
   
   He decided he would become a martyr for the black rights movement and did a bunch of sketchy jerky motions which prompted the police to shoot him, I didn't think his plan was to be shot dead but I do think he intentionally wanted to be shot because he knew it would cause outrage.
   
   The police really had no reason to shoot him and he had no reason to be acting so sketchy, his wife says he was being sketchy because of his TBI, you can hear her tell him to just get out of the car and cooperate but he doesn't.
   
   Nobody in the mainstream media or really anybody would ever come up with this conclusion, nobody thinks it's possible but to me it seems like the only possibility.

   not out of the realm of possibility. i wouldnt be surprised if BLM set up at least some of the shootings because the organization is too spot on.

   I could honestly care less. Those cops didn't shoot them because they were racist, they probably shot him because that bitch was screaming "HE DOESN'T HAVE A GUN" which is like screaming "I DON'T HAVE A BOMB" at the airport.

   This is actually a really good response. Its these fucking videos black cunts take that make it big. Screaming about whats happening. Screaming "He dont have a gun!" when these officers are attempting to de-escalate the situation doesnt help. neither does screaming "He betta not die!" when he is down.

   A public records search shows that Scott was convicted in April 2004 of a misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon charge in Mecklenburg County. Other charges stemming from that date were dismissed: felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, and misdemeanors assault on a child under 12, assault on a female and communicating threats.
   
   In April 2015 in Gaston County Court, Scott was found guilty of driving while intoxicated.
   
   In 1992, Scott was charged in Charleston County, S.C., with ​several different crimes on different dates, including carrying ​a concealed weapon​ (not a gun), simple assault and contributing to ​the delinquency of a minor. ​He pleaded guilty to ​all charges.
   
   Scott also was charged with aggravated assault in 1992​ and assault with intent to kill in 1995. Both charges were reduced, but the disposition of the case​s​ is unclear.
   
   According to Bexar County, Texas, records, Scott was sentenced in March 2005 to 15 months in a state jail for evading arrest. In July of that year, records show, he was sentenced to seven years in prison on a conviction of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A Texas Department of Criminal Justice spokesman said Scott completed his sentence and was released from prison in 2011.
