   I dunno, but sometimes I can crack it, and it will feel better for a bit. But usually I can't. I can't lie on my right side or on my stomach anymore without it hurting. It's making sleep difficult. Just been going on like the past week or so.

   Sounds like chronic pain to me.. you should see a specialist and get some painkillers. They will never give you enough though.. so supplement with heroin as needed.
