Okay, so back in 2012 or so I was stuck on eating a dish that is known as ancient chinese fish dish. I came up with this unique recipe thru trial and error. I would post about this dish in TRT and people would be dying to know the recipe. Today is the day I release the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 chicken ramen. Not the gay ass cups you eat like soup but a true square dry soup.
50 tbsp of butter or Country Crock margarine
1-3 tilapia filets. Purchased from a discount food store in a big bag of poorly branded freezerburned tilapia filets.
1 burner on the stove.
Steps:
0.) Make sure you haven't had shit to eat in at least 2-3 days
1.) Get a burner going on medium high heat. Add 25 tbsp of butter or margarine.
2.) Add your tilapias. Cook it in the butter.
3.) Start crushing your ramen in the package.
4.) When fish will flake, add 25 more tbsp of butter.
5.) Remove from heat.
6.) Add your ramen noodles. No flavor packet. This is loaded with flavor.
7.) Cover the dish and let sit for 7 minutes. That's right, no water. Let the noodles soak up butter and fish flavor.
8.) Pour it in a bowl and enjoy. You're eating like Ming era Chinese royalty. Yellow noodles.
