    This is why I thought of the above post. In my head I was envisioning as long as one drugged person was using NiS, NiS was then effectively, on drugs.

    I think during those dead spots, there's one or two persons just pressing refresh over and over again on the Subscriptions and New Threads windows, over and over again they press refresh, getting more depressed when nothing appears. Then they go do something, and come back and press refresh, and there's still nothing there. That's when they start to get a bit angry and frustrated. They don't read during these dead spots of frustration. Maybe a couple threads.
