   What do you call It when a country gets very little rainfall and bad weather for a few years and then there's lots of rain and good weather/crops/harvest for a few years and then it goes to shit again.
   
   I know there's a scientific name I just can't remember. Monsoon seasons/rains? But I think monsoons happen every year.
