No. That is a very shit policy.
Lanny already deleted all acounts over 2 weeks with no posts. I think that, plus this list, is enough to mostly do away with Scrawny. You'll notice he hasn't accessed a single alt that was made a long time ago - because he's bluffing. If any alts exist before the early April cutoff that weren't deleted in the inital sweep, Lanny can ban them as they come up. -
