this whole thing reminds me of a time in my life where I played COD every night on ps3 and hung out with the same 7 or 8 people or so. we got to know each other well and became good friends of sorts. then the ps4 came out and some of stayed and some of us switched. I lost my passion shortly thereafter and have stopped talking to any of those guys altogether. I wouldn't have imagined it at the time, as they were like, my people, or some shit. It's weird how quickly we, or I, can adapt to things that seem abnormal. Probably has a lot to do with living a life in and out of jail and treatments and whatnot. You meet good people, become friends, and then boom they're all gone. Then you do it again. But it's still hard for me to fathom just suddenly not being able to communicate with so many people that I'm used to 'being around' or even 'being a part of my life' for lack of a better faggotry emotional term. so fuck you
