Croc Pot Pork Chops

   9 1 inch pork chops in the croc pot with a large can of baked beans on low. In about 4 hours I'll rotate them so the ones on top get some of that baked bean goodness.
   
   Only thing that sucks is I won't be home for dinner tonight

   The best way to eat pork chops is to put them in a croc pot with a russian imperial stout and some rice. No other preparation method compares and I stand by that with all my bitcoin.

   Oh, I can believe it. These chops turned out so tender. I could effortlessly cut them with just a fork. I probably ate like 5.
   
   I'll have to try that. I've cooked roast with beers before so I imagine it's good as fuck. Beer makes the meat fall apart too.
