I wake up every morning with bundy withdrawals
-
2016-02-11 at 2:22 PM UTCFucking kek
I take 400-1000mg a day now, and have been for about 2 months, max dose of 3000mg, sometimes with weed/alcohol/nutmeg, and do all sorts of stupid stuff, mostly just play RS and listen to music though, sometimes hang out with prismbros, occasionally scream exorcism sounds loudly to scare the shit out of my neighbors and make them turn their lights out. It's so convenient because a dollar tree opened up, up the block and they sell 225mg of cough gels for 1$ which I can down all at once like a shot.
Every morning I wake up having panic attacks and an upset stomach, feel dissociated even when sober, but the good thing about bundy withdrawal is that it's self limiting in that the more you take, the more dissociated you are from the physical symptoms when the WDs start. But anyways it seems like the morning anxiety symptoms are pretty akin to alcoholism.
Overall I'm having the best winter of my life. It's a lot like when I got strung out on spice but better for me and more enjoyable. I'm probably manic at the moment (I might have bipolar disorder) but hopefully the mania augmented with drug abuse isn't going to end up in a psych ward scenario like it did last time I went full out fubar. -
2016-02-11 at 3:11 PM UTCYou're literally the worst.

2016-02-11 at 3:23 PM UTCIs the phrase "bundy withdrawals" the most degenerate thing ever?

No, the fact that you're life has been reduced to boasting on niggasin.space about how badly you can abuse your brain (or what's left of it). -
2016-02-11 at 4:07 PM UTCbundy causes neurogenesis though lol, I'm addicted to a drug that grows brain cells. It's kinda cool in that sense.
-
2016-02-11 at 5:07 PM UTCI wonder what the employees at the dollar store think when they see you
-
2016-02-11 at 5:15 PM UTCI always get a "really?" look, but since I'm also attractive and buy boxes of cough syrup every day they're kinda like "aww you qt weirdo drug addict"
They tried to stop selling it to me by going "You need to be 21", but I pointed out it says on the register you need to be 18.
One of the ladies asked me, after I bought like 15 boxes of cough syrup and 10 cans of whipped cream, "why do you buy so much of this?", my response "it's good." "It's good?" "Yeah."
Then the same lady asked me the other day "do you have ID" even though she's seen it before, to try to get me not to buy it, then she tells me to get help, and I'm like "nah I'm doing okay"
One girl from my middle school is working there and she puts on a fake accent whenever I walk by her so I don't recognize her. -

No it doesn't you fucking idiot.

Why would you believe drinking tons of cough syrup "grows brain cells?" You are honestly the most stupid person I've ever talked to online.I always get a "really?" look, but since I'm also attractive and buy boxes of cough syrup every day they're kinda like "aww you qt weirdo drug addict"

It's sad that you think you're attractive. If that girl really knows you from middle school, then she knows you've put on a shit load of weight in the last few years and your skin is all beat up because you're poisoning yourself for the lulz.
I already know where this is going. When I log onto whatever totse forum exists at the time when your obituary is posted and everybody here is crying into their meth pipes trying to "remember" you because you ODed of fucking Robitussin I'm going to laugh my ass off. Stupid kids like you die every day.
You're running out of time to clean up your act dude. If you quit everything right now and went to a sober life of scholarship and decency, it would be painfully obvious to you how much slower and less creative your mind is after years of substance abuse. -

What he said. Focus on your life. Smoke weed or have a few beers every once in awile or both. Rise above white trash activity

2016-02-11 at 7:47 PM UTCThis is why you'll forever remain one of the biggest jokes on this website. Thanks for the laugh but this is honestly embarrassing. Sounds impressive, right? Looks like somebody googled a few phrases that agreed with their position and posted up some big, fancy government websites.
The problem is that I'm not a stupid kid that spends all day high on cough syrup in his parents' basement and can actually understand these articles. Also, unlike you who can only access the fucking abstract because you don't have access to these databases (whereas I do because I actually made a living doing research), I can actually read the articles I'm posting up.http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24526455
Dextromethorphan (DM), a sigma receptor agonist and NMDA receptor antagonist, protects neurons from glutamate excitotoxicity, hypoxia and ischemia, and inhibits microglial activation, but its effects on differentiation and protection of cells in the oligodendroglial lineage are unknown. It is important to protect oligodendroglia (OL) to prevent demyelination and preserve axons, and to protect oligodendroglial progenitors (OPC) to optimize myelination during development and remyelination following damage. Enriched glial cultures from newborn rat brain were used 1-2 days or 6-8 days after shakeoff for OPC or mature OL. DM had large effects on glial proliferation in less mature cultures in contrast to small variable effects in mature cultures; 1 μM DM stimulated proliferation of OPC by 4-fold, microglia (MG) by 2.5-fold and astroglia (AS) by 2-fold. In agreement with increased OPC proliferation, treatment of OPC with DM for 3 days increased the % of OPC relative to OL, with a smaller difference by 5 days, suggesting that maturation of OPC to OL was "catching up" by 5 days. DM at 2 and 20 μM protected both OL and OPC from killing by glutamate as well as NMDA, AMPA, quinolinic acid, staurosporine, and reactive oxygen species (ROS). DM did not protect against kynurenic acid, and only modestly against NO. These agents and DM were not toxic to AS or MG at the concentrations used. Thus, DM stimulates proliferation of OPC, and protects both OL and OPC against excitotoxic and inflammatory insults.
"Inhibits microglial activation?" Sounds great! If you're suffering from neuroinflammation. Optimizing Myelination and remyelination? Impressive. That is, if you're a newborn who hasn't undergone pruning yet.
Wow, what a surprise, that's exactly what the study was on. Newborn rat brains that were eight days old at the latest. So congratulations, if you're a newborn damaged rat brain undergoing surgery, very small amounts of DM are used to insulate damage and preserve axons. Nothing about neurogenesis is even in here. In fact, the word isn't even used.
Let's see what else the self-proclaimed genius has to for us.http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17848867
"Mounting preclinical evidence has proven that DM has important neuroprotective properties in various CNS injury models, including focal and global ischemia, seizure, and traumatic brain injury paradigms."
"DM's protection of dopamine neurons in parkinsonian models may be due to inhibition of neurodegenerative inflammatory responses."
"Clinical findings are limited…"
"Small studies have shown some promise for treatment of perioperative brain injury, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and symptoms of methotrexate neurotoxicity. DM safety/tolerability trials in stroke, neurosurgery, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients demonstrated a favorable safety profile."
"Conclusion:… this strategy may hold promise for the treatment of various acute and degenerative neurologic disorders."
Once again we see an article that doesn't support your position at all because you're too much of a fuck up to read and understand it. Maybe we should be like the kids you knew in middle school who were impressed by the big sounding words official government medical studies (that you can't read because you can't access the database). Just like in the last article, unless you're a vegetable suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury, suffering from degenerative brain disorder, or your brain is on a plate because you're an 8 day old rat, bundy is not helpful for you. In fact..http://www.sciencedirect.com/science...91305709002202
"The goal of this study was to determine the neuroprotective profile of DM in a military-relevant model of penetrating ballistic-like brain injury (PBBI). "
That's the same thing in this article.http://www.fasebj.org/content/18/3/589.full
"Neuroprotective effect of dextromethorphan in the MPTP Parkinson’s disease model: role of NADPH oxidase"
And the same thing in this one. Do you have Parkinson's Disease, Sploo? It has been hypothesized that reducing glia-mediated inflammation could diminish neuronal loss.
" It has been hypothesized that reducing glia-mediated inflammation could diminish neuronal loss."
Wow, interesting how I knew neuralinflammation was related to degenerative brain damage. I mentioned this in the first article. This one is about Alzheimer's. Do you have Alzheimers, Sploo?http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22730040
I guess you're schizophrenic?
Look kid, you're not impressing anybody here. Some of us actually went to school for this shit and have published research on it. The rest of the people here who didn't but aren't completely stupid have the critical thinking skills to know nonsense when they see it. The only article posted in this entire thread that's relevant to you abusing cough medicine repeatedly is the one I posted - guess what it's about?
"Clinical studies showed that chronic consumption of cough mixture at high dosages may lead to psychiatric symptoms, especially affective disturbance."
Did you notice how my one article is better than all of yours because it supports my point that being a stupid fucking kid who drinks tons of cough syrup everyday is actually empirically supported in the evidence? Notice that it didn't have to hide behind a bunch of pretentious gobbledygook which you don't (but I do) understand?
I already know how this is going to end. You're going to act like this was all just a ruse to "make oplus mad olololololol he's so mad." I have news for you dumbass, there are plenty of actually intelligent and capable kids who take this shit because MOON PERSON shitbags like you are so preoccupied with the lie that you're such a special snowflake with limitless potential that it's okay to abuse cough syrup and think it's "making you smart."Now your shame is on the internet, called out by someone who actually holds a degree in the field, among an audience of people who should know better, and we finally have empirical objective evidence that you're a fucking idiot.
Carry on and enjoy being "rekt" you stupid fuck. Enjoy having all sorts of affect disorder symptoms in your late twenties (if you live that long).

2016-02-11 at 8:01 PM UTCI'm polysubstance dependent. The drug I take is probably about the most neurologically sound chemical one could abuse. It's probably less harmful than cannabis.

That's not true at all! bundy is way worse for your brain and body than weed.
Regardless, being substance dependent and trying to justify it with junk-science is awful. You're still really young and throwing your life away, which is pathetic. -
2016-02-11 at 8:09 PM UTCI dunno. I've literally seen 0 evidence regarding any sort of toxicity caused by dextromethorphan. Even if the studies I cited don't support it as a super drug that you can get fucked up on and gain IQ points by taking, which it does IMO, like experience points in an RPG, there is still no proof that it is toxic in any way, form, or sort. It's like psychedelic water in how fuckin' generally inert it is to the body besides the psyche. The only possible risk there is, is an increase in mood swings I suppose, which I have noticed. I'm writing this post fucked up on 600mg and you wouldn't be able to tell if I didn't mention it as a footnote.

2016-02-11 at 8:28 PM UTCI guess it makes you so smart that you refuse to read the single study I posted demonstrating everything you dismissed anecdotally. You claim you've never seen any evidence of it, even though I just fucking tried to spoon feed it to you.
Also, like I keep saying, you look like shit. Post up a picture of yourself that's like three years old versus the one you just posed and you'll see that you got fat, have huge bags under your eyes, your skin looks bad, and the affect symptoms are evident by your face.
Face it bud, you're screwing up your life. This is one of your last changes to change your behavior because you're already doing irreversible damage to your brain. This is going to be news to you, but the reality of the drugs you're taking is that the effects don't rely on your opinion of them to take place. -
2016-02-11 at 8:40 PM UTCDepression is correlated with decreased neurogenesis, regardless of drug abuse. Drug abuse, of any sort, bundy, cannabis, alcohol...will decrease neurogenesis, because when you stop using bundy, your body has become dependent on it for daily neurogenic/gliogenic actions to keep you high or at a stable mood. When you stop using, you become depressed, because of reduced neurogenesis. When you stop using, because of reduced neurogenesis, you become depressed.

2016-02-11 at 8:51 PM UTCNeurogenesis is a proposed mechanism of antidepressant efficacy. My bundy abuse and what it does to me is contemplated in theoretical neuroscience principles. I'm a guinea pig but from what I gather I might end up being the overmind too. When I get a job and a P.O. box I' going to start mixing nootropics with bundy, like semax and cerebrolysin.
