I kinda agree with this. There are some stupid fucks out there who dont know how to teach a kid to swim. So maybe his method was just fucking retarded. Otherwise he is some psycopath who just kept tossing his daughter in a pool and then was like "Well this got boring, better hold her under". Not that he shouldnt be put away for a long ass time but as far as videos of people dying goes, i have seen far FAR worse. -
