   IRC for our community is no longer a thing really :(
   
   Just Tinychat for us now... and it's too bad but it's not very successful on account of the lack of positive users and women
   
   tbh I think something negative about it is also the pressure to put yourself on video or listen to someone else's YouTube choices
   
   I preferred irc because there wasn't any cam. It was way more laid back and had better conversations. I hate feeling like I have to turn my cam on just to go in there. I don't like being on cam. I pretty much have to get drunk or lots of drugs to make myself go thru with it or it's not fun. I don't like everyone watching me when I just wanna go chat :(

    I'm not wrong though. Mibbit is a client, IRC is the protocol. Mibbit hosts Internet Relay Chat rooms, as well as a client to connect to them. Technically speaking, there's nothing stopping Lanny from having a Mibbit client embedded right here on the site, but getting Lanny to make a change around here seems to be akin to getting anyone at all to admit Zoklet fucked up the community by catering to the meme crowd.
