And you should kill yourself. But unfortunately, what should be and what is, often do not meet up.

I'm curious what all this MJ legalisation will do to the skilled workforce over the next few years

probably not a lot considering there are many skilled workers already that responsibly smoke. But I guess what you're getting at is the rampant onset of errrr one smoking all day errr day. Thats where robots come in i think. more highly skilled robot workers to create these robots that are under a contract where they can't smoke.

like in the old days you could get out of work and talk shit or fight your co-workers, but now they have a clause that you can be fired for creating a "hostile" work environment even though you're not on the clock when you're acting like a dick.

Pretty soon they will be testing for adrenaline in the work place. Thus is the plight of the Orwellian future.

yeah, that's part of it. most people in decent jobs who smoke don't overdo it; they don't smoke at work and they don't go so hard that it significantly affects their work.

aside from the long-term affects which are still contested, you've got people who become habitual stoners (like you mentioned) becoming functionally useless and also the effect that people who use MJ regularly tend to be happier even in low-paying or low-status jobs, reducing their desire or ambition to go into more difficult or stressful fields

its gonna happen sooner or later, its not like it really matters. nobody gets caught smoking weed unless theyre retarded in which case they are better off not having access to it anyway

I'd imagine it will get better in some forms as people who were previously barred simply for smoking weed are able to start getting better jobs.

Inb4 fake piss, not everyone is comfortable/that doesn't always work.

I would think that even if it's legal in state, there will be many companies (especially in Texas) that will continue to drug test, for insurance purposes if nothing else

The entire country should legalize and tax it. It's ridiculous they aren't already. The states doing it now are having a lot of success with their economy.

    All drugs should be decriminalized

If I can do a good job at work and stay out of trouble, then go home and shoot heroin I should fucking be allowed to

I agree with decriminalizatiom but there should be programs where you need to obtain a license to use certain types of shit. Like fucking pcp or some stims. Lol

I doubt it would change much. Most already smoke pot outside of work, and you won't be able to get away with showing up high at work any more than you can get away with showing up drunk.
