Amazingly, contrary to my past depression and how others may expect me to feel, I actually feel fairly content, and the symptoms of severe depression have definitely been reversing. I don't really experience that because years ago, seeking to solve some ailments and optimize my body, I began obsessive research about relative subjects and optimizing my body through an extensive strict regimen, which completely worked, I was right.
If I wasn't a hiki and began working out again I would probably feel pretty good all the time. In general my mood is unusually consistent.
