most mornings when i first wake up until i've had a couple of smokes and a cuppa tea. else when i been hitting the smack a little too much over the course of a few days. but a couple of tramadol or tiny sip of methadone soon sorts that out tho.

Amazingly, contrary to my past depression and how others may expect me to feel, I actually feel fairly content, and the symptoms of severe depression have definitely been reversing. It's the strongest antidepressant and anxiolytic there is when used properly at the optimal dose, and is considered a last-line medication, right before ECT.
