   I remember one story of this apartment complex who got all the dogs in the complex dna tested then used that information to test dog shit around the complex. If they found out it was your dog they'd fine you.

   There's also an attitude I saw in a lot of people in the military and red states where they are proactively anti-environment. I'm not a peta supporter or a tree hugging hippie or anything like that, but come on dude, forests are dope and it's awesome to be able to go out into the wilderness and breathe fresh air.
   
   But there are people who will go out of their way to throw recyclables in the trash can, or waste power or litter. Like wtf? It's ironic because a lot of these people are the same ones that believe in god, and I'm pretty sure the bible says some shit about respecting god's creation or some shit. Plus they're the ones who believe they are called to have children, or at least the ones that are more likely to adopt that family lifestyle. I'm most likely not going to have kids so if anything, I should be the one to not care, but these dumbfucks continue to actively destroy the earth that their kids are growing up in. It blows my mind.

   A utopia would be the human race together as a whole, with no need for any sort of police/military force, because everyone is a decent person to begin with, looking out & caring for one another, as well as the planet. Technologically evolving/furthering the human race.
