try drinking braggs apple cider vineger , its like 5 dollars for a big vinegar and some "winners" will say that that is bad for your heart burn, but some people say i alkalizes the stomach.

On the fourth of july I drank a lot and woke up all fucked up because I only ate a couple pieces of digorno pizza (sp)

I kicked my gf out of my place and drank 7 brews and ate a lot of sauerkraut and carrots and a shot of braggs and I felt actually alright when i woke up this morning, not that I'd recommend putting your body through such a somersault schedule.

But I do believe that nutrition is fundamental and alkalizing the body is more than a pseudo-pod science. Also I take magnesium which is not only a light laxative but an essential mineral and if you can find the pills that have both magnesium combined with calcium, more power to you.

I'm a total Bill Krozby dr so don't just take my word for it but, JUST STUDY IT OUT, DO UR HOMEWORK BUDDY!
