If you're just some guy™ I'd pay the 50 more to get a warranty for the work, gotta undercut more. maybe half up front and half after would be better too.
OTHER EDIT: and best guy doesn't make 250 he makes 17 bux an hour and the profits go up, you have no overhead costs so you'll be making more even by charging less.
