   i made tea and i feel the effects. i'm wondering about the alkaloid content for both unwashed and washed seeds, afaik the brand i have could be either.

   It depends on your batch. People have overdosed at 50g and people have felt nothing at 2lb. It all depends. That's why you need to start slow. Don't overdose sploo.
   
   Alkaloid composition also varies. There's like 52 known alkaloids you could be playing around with here.
