    I know drinking water nowdays is considered something only health freaks do. If your main source for hydration isn't some carbonated corn syrup mixture.

    But if you drink water do you buy into all the hype about fluoride, bpa and chlorine?

    I believe fluoride does make your teeth whiter. My teeth are always really white after jail. And when I drink it I can't feel any difference. I don't feel more docile or have any brain fog. I get that from raising my blood sugar levels from eating too many carbs....which is mostly what they give you and why I usually try to sleep the whole time.

    Outside it seems a little worse. I feel like when I drink tap water my skin is dry and prone to bumps. I feel like this is mostly chlorine because if I distill water to remove fluoride and don't run it through an activated carbon enhancement you can still smell chlorine.

    Right now there is no fluoride, chlorine, or bpa in my water. I put my water in glass jugs lolz. Yeah fluoride is poison. But you can take cyanide in small enough doses and not feel shit. I am interested in the long term health effects of chlorine. And BPA imo is just an excuse for lazy beta cucks who don't want to exercise or eat right to blame something else for them being lazy beta cucks who don't want to exercise or eat right. But I guess it doesn't hurt to avoid this stuff if it doesn't inconvenience you too much.
