You shouldn't think of it as "getting high" because that implies you are getting messed up or abusing something which is already admitting you are powerless to a drug.

Whoa whoa whoa back up for just one minute. I have my medical card and I pretty much need the stuff at least once a week to manage a lot of symptoms that would take more pills than I have time to even remember.

I'm not saying smoking is healthy but usually the simplest answer is the best when it comes to your physical and mental well being.
